**The Role**:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Asbestos Removal Supervisor to join our team in both Victoria and Queensland.- **Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Supervise asbestos removal teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
- Conduct site assessments and develop asbestos removal plans in accordance with regulatory guidelines and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies to ensure clear communication and adherence to project schedules.
- Monitor work progress and quality to ensure that all removal activities are performed safely and effectively.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise and implement corrective actions to minimise disruptions and ensure project success.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in asbestos removal. Must be able to produce a minimum 6 removal projects in the past 2 years
- Demonstrated knowledge of asbestos regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and state-specific requirements.
- Current asbestos supervisor certification/license (preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and interact with clients and regulatory agencies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various environmental conditions.
- Valid driver's license.
- White Card.
- High Risk Work License/EWP license - Preferable or ability to obtain.
- Working at Heights - Preferable or ability to obtain.
- Working with Children Check - Preferable or ability to obtain.
