**The Company**

Work for one of Australia’s largest and leading Contractors, they cover all areas of commercial infrastructures, Telecommunications and Energy, with extensive experiences, designs, integrations and developments covering most 5G mobile wireless states across Australia. You will be amongst one of the best telecommunication projects currently happening along with solid support and a nationally known organisation.

**The Role**

As the Team Lead Rigger working in teams of 3 alongside riggers and Techs you will be required to:
Lead, mentor and develop your teams to complete the SOW (Scope of Works) effectively and on time.

Prepare and organise relevant tools of the trades, materials, sub-contractors and licenses for the team to access specific sites or locations

Be technically sound and hands on as a leader

Understand and drive the project requirements from design, planning, civil works and completion right through to customer hand over

Liaise with Key stakeholders, vendors and operations.

Assist Technician’s & Riggers to undertake installation rectification of all equipment deployed during the project rollout (RBS, Towers (from ground feeders etc.).

Panning/ Re-panning Antenna’s, Terminating / Re-Termination of Cables, Labelling, Grounding & Sweep Testing

Ensure all working at heights activities are performed by all team members safely and in accordance with Our client’s safety procedures

Ensure our client’s Quality Objectives are met throughout the term of the Rollout by all staff and Subcontractors

Ensure our client’s and customer’s Installation Standards are maintained through effective auditing of installations.

Maintain personal health and fitness to ensure WAH (Working at Heights) & Tower Rescue ability.

As the leader of each crew you will be expected to have strong leadership capabilities, drive your team and still enjoy being technically sound.. Extensive experiences across civil works, telecommunications rigging, installation / commissioning across rooftops, towers and RBS will be required. Intermediate / Advance rigging/dogging tickets, white card, First Aid/CPR, traffic management, EWP, Radhaz Awareness, Asbestos online, Tower rescue, working at heights, Telstra, Optus inductions and any other current network induction tickets will be highly regarded.

In return, you will hold the responsibilities of completing these projects on time, develop further in-house training and qualifications, be rewarded with an excellent hourly rate + Penalties
