Job Description Summary
Exciting new opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Telecommunications division
About the Role
Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Berrinba, QLD / Ferntree Gully VIC
Reporting Line: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and organise project inductions for all workers and attendance records are maintained in the project portal
- Schedule and organise project VOC’s and CTO’s where applicable and ensure records are maintained in the project portal
- Schedule and organise training for staff members and ensure records are maintained in the project porta
- Maintain a Project training schedule and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in consultation with all stakeholders, including understanding Business/Project/Client requirements as well as State Power Authorities
- Report any outstanding/expired training
- Verify and maintain records for training, licences, qualifications and competency of workers.
- Ensure Project training records are filed and retained in accordance with the Project Records Management Plan and Matrix
- Attend communication and consultation sessions i.e. Work Group Meetings, Toolbox Talks and Project Operational Meetings as requested
- Assist with / create client reports when directed to do so
- Manage / provide client requested information
- Enter data into client safety management sites when required to do so
About You
- The understanding of Power authorities requirements and systems is a requirement.
- Previous experience coordinating training programs both at a state level and nationally
- Previous Experience in conducting training sessions is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally
- Experience collaborating and working with Key Stakeholders and HSEQ Teams to ensure a standardised and aligned approach is taken with regards to. Document control - Training Systems is ideal
