**Requirements**:
**About The Role**:
Based in Sydney Australia this will be a maternity cover role initially joining on a** 6-9 months contract**. You will report to the Global Head of P&C and you will be the standalone P&C representative for Australia.

**Day To Day You will**:

- Advise and support the leadership team on people and culture matters to achieve business goals.
- Develop and implement initiatives, programs, and policies to create a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
- Assist managers and employees with performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and onboard top talent aligned with company values.
- Coach managers and provide training to support employee development and growth.
- Analyse people metrics to identify opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organisation.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and stay informed on best practices
- Support organisational change initiatives and guide employees through transitions

**What you will bring**:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a People & Culture Business Partner or in a similar HR & Recruitment role within Australia
- In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Track record of successfully driving and executing people and culture initiatives, including talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and diversity and inclusion programs at a global scale
