**What will you be doing in this role?**
- Prepare the daily schedule for approximately 30 employees in our Geelong & Warrnambool locations whilst ensuring KPI’s are met
- Liaise with administration team, team leaders and Operations Manager to schedule/reschedule jobs as required.
- Plan and check availability of operational staff to attend jobs daily.
- Liaise with external clients/stakeholders to arrange job start dates, times and access and communicate to crew attending.
- Review job status to ensure jobs are progressing as required. Follow up with administration staff to progress jobs if required.
- Provide job update notes and escalate any urgent matters to Administration Manager
- Resolve customer complaints in consultation with Administration Manager.
- Act as a back-up for end-to-end claim management and prepare assessment reports for our clients and insurance companies

**What experience & skills/attributes will you have?**
- You must have full working rights in Australia to be applicable for this position.
- On the job training will be provided.
- Previous demonstrated experience would be highly advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- Team player with a strong ability to multitask, organise and prioritise workload.
- Ability to balance competing priorities including labour, vehicles, KPIs, internal/external stakeholders and equipment
- Fully COVID-19 vaccinated
