**Job Title**: Support Worker - Central Coast NSW

**Job Type**: Casual / Part-time (ABN or TFN)

**About the Role**

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated **Support Workers** to join our team on the **Central Coast, NSW**. In this role, you will be supporting individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives through personalised support that aligns with their goals and care plans.

This is a flexible and rewarding role - ideal if you're looking to build on your existing hours or begin a meaningful career in disability support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide person-centred support to NDIS participants
- Support participants with daily living tasks, social and community access
- Follow and implement individual care and behaviour support plans
- Foster positive, engaging, and meaningful experiences
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members and families

**Key Requirements**
- Certificate III in Disability or relevant industry experience (including mental health or neurodiverse support)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and insured, reliable vehicle
- First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, fun, and committed to providing high-quality support
- Ability to build positive relationships and work both independently and in a team
