**About the role**

The role is hands on customer facing, accountable for the achievement of the sales budget and market share across branded and private label products within national retail grocery customers.

**Responsibilities of the role**
- Developing highly successful commercial relationships with all retail customers
- Deliver the sales and gross profit budgets in full by customer
- Build insights into the development and execution of branded category growth
- Partner with strategic customers to expand Private Label share
- Work cross functionally with NPD & Marketing in identifying and developing new product opportunities
- Lead and coach one direct report developing their capability in successfully achieving their account objectives
- Manage the commercial terms supporting Branded and Private Label ranging within budgets
- Critical input into accurate Sales Operational Planning/Forecasting process

**Your experience**
- Previous experience in managing national retail grocery customers preferably within Food categories
- Very high commercial and category acumen, demonstrating an ability to identify, pursue and win new ranging opportunities
- Productive relationships developed across all major national grocery accounts, Woolworths, Coles, Metcash, Aldi etc
- An understanding of the retail drivers in developing mutually successful Private Label programs
