**About our client**:
Our client is looking for an additional store person to join their growing team, based out of their factory in Hallam They are proud to be the leading local supplier of road transport equipment for the general freight including trucks, trailers and boats, and an opportunity like this does not come up often

**About our role**:
As a new store person entering a busy team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to help ensure the smooth operation of the warehouses and stores. Working hours will usually be between 7am -3:30pm Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime required. Your duties will include (but not limited to):

- Conducting inventory counts and maintaining accurate records
- Loading and unloading trucks efficiently and safely
- Booking transport for outgoing shipments
- Keeping the work area tidy and clean
- Assisting with minor production tasks
- Learning basic computer skills for order raising and other tasks

**About you**:

- Must have forklift license with proven experience
- The ability to undertake and return suitable pre-employment medical and drug testing
- The ability to be flexible with hours, some overtime or shift patterns moving here or there depending on production
- Great attitude, team player
- Strong safety knowledge
