Our client is the one-stop-shop for those elusive, unique gifts for over 50+ years. Originally established in Sydney this business has grown to now operate over 50 stores across Australia and with more growth expansion planned. This is a real opportunity to join and grow your leadership skills in this business with honest and real succession planning for your career.

They have a rare opportunity in Woollahra as their next Store Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**BRAND AMBASSADOR**:Promote the Brand and Values with the community

**CUSTOMER**: Understand your customers with a view to continuously improving customer satisfaction

**SALES**: Maximise Sales & Profit

Costs: Ensure costs are controlled within budget

**INVENTORY**: Effectively manage inventory levels within agreed parameters to maximise sales

**EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT**: Look for opportunities to increase engagement within your team and beyond

**ENTREPRENEURIAL MINDSET**: Be a leader who sets up a business for the business - Run your store like it’s your own.

**You Will Be Rewarded With**:

**SALARY**: $60+ Super. - They are a supportive environment and there is 100% opportunity for managers to make the store their own as they have a more flexible structure than other retailers.

**BONUS**: They like to reward their staff for hard work by the way of incentives or vouchers. As well as a Christmas Bonus if you stay the full year you will receive a $2-3k paid in one lump sum on the 24th Dec.

**PERKS**: They Offer 30% discounts on all products.

**ROSTER**: Tuesday-Saturday there is flexibility with the roster depending on location.
