We are looking for passionate Retail Allrounders to become part of our Customer Service Team. We offer casual roles at our Woollahra and Rosebery stores at the moment with the option to extend into permanent part-time or full-time.

This role is ideal for you if you thrive in a multi-faceted job, love to be hands-on and are a natural problem solver and think on your feet. You are our perfect candidate if you want to offer excellent customer service and always go the extra mile for your customers and team members.

Qualifications & experience

  • No previous experience is required as on the job training will be provided, however experience in retail or a background in hospitality/cooking would be of great advantage. Ideally you have a love for health and wellness as well as community spirit.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering high quality service are valued.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with flexibility to support other teams.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • The principal purpose of the role is to provide excellent customer service from greeting customers and assisting with any queries to ensure optimal customer experience.
  • Set up and maintain the retail store so it is impeccably presented at all times.
  • Co-ordinate with the Store Manager and Store Buyer and provide useful information.
  • Co-ordinate with the Store Manager when help is needed with stock placement.
  • Independently restocking and merchandising of the store.
  • Assisting with receiving and marking off incoming stock accurately. Incoming stock is organised ready for merchandising, stored or otherwise dealt with quickly and efficiently.
  • All storage facilities as well as the shop is kept clean and tidy, including correct stock location and stock rotation to minimise wastage or expiry of items.

Note: Working remotely is not available for this hands-on role as it requires the staff member to be physically present at the store to perform these duties.
