The Enterprise Testing and Quality Assurance Section, Portfolio Delivery Branch, Information Technology Division provides an enterprise testing service which is instrumental in the successful delivery of services into Production. At a minimum it is expected that all changes going into Health Production environments are assessed by the team prior to deployment, supported by the IT change process to ensure fitness for purpose.
We are looking to fill multiple full time and/or part-time leadership and operational level roles. These positions represent an exciting opportunity to join a large, professional, and high performing team in a constantly evolving technical environment with a strong focus on digital transformation.
**The key duties of the position include**:
- Work closely with Test Leads to implement departmental approved test processes, and framework across projects
- Work with Test Leads to identify and review requirements for test cases, and execute test cases using the enterprise toolset
- Identify and report defects on the system under test as required
- Work with Test Leads to identify any gaps in testing and escalate any risks/issues in advance to work out contingency plans to mitigate the risks
- Meet objectives and progress work focusing on achieving objectives even under challenging circumstances by being adaptive, strategic, and thinking laterally to implement and promote improved work practices
- Work under limited supervision, with a strong customer service ethos and solution focus, and deliver results in accordance with project timelines
- Present information and messages in a clear, concise and articulate manner to a wide range of project stakeholders
