**The role**:
As the Strategic Sales Coordinator you will support our sales teams by helping to build responses to briefs from clients and media agencies. In this varied role, you will help create collateral and bespoke decks (primarily PPT) to present to clients and ultimately driving revenue performance.

As part of the role:

- Support Strategic Client Solutions deliver narratives bespoke to client objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Research & Insights, Poly Creative studio, planning to build compelling responses and that demonstrate the role Out Of Home can play for our clients
- Evolve our pitch process and internal process to strengthen our reputation for delivering market leading responses
- Assist with day to day administration and ad hoc requests as required by the Strategic Client Solutions team (i.e. manage inbox, pull insights for reports, research world wide case studies, manage CRM and internal tool maintenance)
- Support the national Solutions team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required

Based in South Melbourne you’ll join a close knit, experienced team who are passionate about providing outstanding service and results to clients across a range of industries. **The Experience**:
You’ll have 1+ years working experience in a communication, media agency, media sales and/or marketing role or have completed a related degree You are a strong communicator and expert collaborator who can bring together cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes. Intermediate MS Office (PPT primarily but also Word/Excel/Outlook) is required. Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines. A dedicated team player who thrives on pro-activity and is enthusiastic with a can-do attitude No media experience necessary, just a willingness to learn and grow in this exciting and fast-paced industry
