As the company has seen huge growth in past years, they are now looking for a Finance Reconciliation Officer with accounts payable/receivable experience to join their team in the Melbourne office to assist the Finance Manager in providing timely and accurate reconciliations.

**About the role**
As a Finance Reconciliation Officer you will be responsible for the reconciliations of marketplace accounts, this includes the likes of Catch, OzSale, eBay, The Iconic, Westfield Direct and The Market NZ. Your main duties will be to maintain reconciliation spreadsheets, process debtor invoices and payments in MYOB, and investigate and resolve marketplace issues. In addition, you will perform general ledger reconciliations as needed and assist with general tasks such as raising invoices and credit notes, New Store set-ups, preparing monthly financial accounts, annual audits, and budgeting when required.

**About you**
To be considered for this role you will have a background in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (desirable) in addition to the following attributes:

- Knowledge of MYOB software
- Proficient in reconciliation
- MS Office suite proficiency (with advanced excel skills)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to critically analyse
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Deadline motivated
- Active listening skills
