About the Role
This position will play a vital role in the further development of our Residential Valuation offering. On a day to day basis you will be involved in property inspections, research and preparation of property sales and data, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.
Working with Opteon's best in market property software and systems enables our Valuers to minimise their time in the field while maximising reporting data.
The position is based in Gippsland, with flexible working arrangements offered on a full-time or part-time basis.
About you
We are seeking a driven professional with highly developed valuation skills and strong communication and business development skills. An excellent client focus and commitment to personal and professional development is essential together with:
- Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
- CPV status or RPV
- Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment
