This role will be responsible for
- Managing a small team responsible for the Return of Annual Valuations to the Valuer General of Victoria, including coordinating and completing annual items such as Rating Objections, Supplementary Valuations and Revaluation requirements.
- Providing quality valuation reports in an efficient timely manner whilst providing client service levels and standards as set out by the Associate Director and or other Relevant Managers.
- Engaging and mentoring team members in the Annual Revaluation process to enable learning and development and to contribute to our workplace culture.

About you
- AAPI Accredited CPV Valuer
- Confident verbal communication and report writing skills
- A positive and professional manner
- High degree of computer proficiency
- Current Driver’s license
- Experience in rating and taxing valuations, while not required, is beneficial for this role
