**Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to**:
- Entering & processing orders
- Phone & reception skills, answering customer queries
- Assisting with data entry, filing, and archiving
- Assisting customers with orders
- Record keeping & note taking
- Outgoing mail
- Assisting to further develop our data base
- Assist with calendar booking when required
- Help with general sales
- Assist with the input of data in forms/documents
- Assisting & supporting other team members when required
- General office duties

- Demonstrate effective verbal & written communication skills

- Industry knowledge to be able to converse with customers
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize
- The ability to take ownership of a task and see it through to completion
**General Information**:
- Full Time Role
- 6-month probation period
- Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4pm, Friday 7.30am - 2pm
- ½ hour lunch break and 10-minute morning tea break
- 4 weeks annual leave (with leave loading)
- 9.5% Superannuation
- Approximately 2 weeks Christmas shut down period
- Approximate hourly rate $25 gross
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $43,579.94 - $50,000.00 per year
