Transport Allocator

Austip Recycling is a fully licensed recycling company dedicated to servicing the private sector through to large Tier 1 Companies. We aim to excel in the recycling industry. Our allocations team is responsible to liaise with customers, our drivers, and make sure our trucks and drivers are compliant with COR regulations. This role is supported by our team and will always work together to achieve the best outcomes for the task.

We believe our entire team’s attitude to the recycling industry has helped us grow over the years. We are consistently looking at developing our processes to improve what we do to ensure we set benchmarks in the industry.

We have a full-time position for a Transport Allocator based at our office in Riverstone.

**THE ROLE**:

- Allocation of work to Drivers Daily
- Be able to work Monday to Friday and some Saturdays.
- Be in charge of all allocations for our fleet.
- Liaise with drivers regarding any changes on the run
- Co-ordinate with our mechanic for servicing and Repairs
- Understanding of NHVR Fatigue Management, Load Restraint, COR, Maintenance.
- Management of driver's daily run sheets, and time sheets
- Must have Allocations experience.
- Strong computer skills required.
