The role plays a crucial part in supporting the internal communication needs within the organisation. Working closely with the communications team, you are responsible for coordinating and executing internal communication initiatives that engage and inform staff, foster a sense of community, and align employees with the organisation’s goals and values. **A snapshot of your role**:

- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with various departments and key stakeholders within the hospital to gather information, align messaging, and ensure effective communication across the organization
- Facilitate the dissemination of critical information, announcements, policy updates, and other relevant materials to hospital staff in a timely manner. Ensure accurate and consistent messaging across all communication channels
- Create and edit engaging and visually appealing social media content, including images, videos, and written copy, to effectively communicate updates, events, and initiatives across various social media platforms
- Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive internal communication strategy that effectively informs, engages, and motivates staff at all levels
