After The Bell Aus is seeking a qualified energetic, dedicated, and passionate educator who enjoys working with children, either with experience or new to the role at our **Holland Park Outside School Hours Care Program.**
**Co-ordinator Position-**
- Part-time - a permanent opportunity for a shared OSHC Co-ordinator position (up to 25 hours per week)
- Attractive Salary up to $38 per hour (dependent on industry experience and qualification).
- Staff Child Care Discount (up to 30%)

**Co-ordinator Role-**
- Ability to provide an environment that is engaging, secure, hygienic, and safe for children aged 5 to 12 years.
- An understanding of providing a program that is inclusive to all diverse needs of children.
- Willing to understand and follow Child Care Government requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with families, school staff, and colleagues to build strong relationships across the school community.
- Create a welcoming environment and a positive team workplace.
**Please Note
**OSHC Working Hours -** Up to 20hrs per week (Monday to Thursday) between 6:30am-9:00am and 2:15pm-6:00pm and during School Holidays - varying across 7:00am-6:00pm
**Essential Criteria-**
- Be working towards or have completed an **ACECQA-approved qualification **(Diploma, Teaching, Certificate, Allied Health, etc.)
- Have (or be willing to obtain) HLTAID012 First Aid Qualifications (including valid CPR)
- Have (or be willing to obtain) Blue Card
- P status.
- Have (or be willing to obtain) Child Protection training.
- Equivalent experience and understanding in the Child Care or Teaching sector or willing to be inducted and taught through paid workplace training.
