**Our Opportunity**

We are now seeking a Finance Assistant to join our Finance team at head office. This is a temporary maternity leave replacement position. The role will run for approximately 9-10 months, reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant and working closely with the Finance Manager, the Senior Business Analyst, and staff across the business.

The role involves travel and expense claim processing, company car administration, warranty payment processing and supporting and guiding our Shared Services team. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Day-to-day administration of company credit cards, including organising new and replacement credit cards and distributing them to card holders.
- Owning and managing the expense claim process, including advising staff on how to complete claims, reimbursement of cash expenses, and reconciliation of cash advances.
- Day-to day administration of company motor vehicle requirements such as maintaining lease details, recovering infringement costs, and repair and maintenance related issues including accidents and insurance.
- Accounts payable invoice entry and payment, chiefly related to travel, expenses, warranty and motor vehicles.
- Supporting the Tax team with the collection of odometer readings, travel diaries, and other details.
- Work within a team environment.
- Additional administrative duties as directed by the Senior Financial Accountant, Finance Manager or Senior Business Analyst.

To be considered for the opportunity you will have:

- Good communication skills
- An ability to relate effectively to a wide range of people.
- Strong attention to detail, with solid time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with expense claim processing.
- Familiarity with SAP, Excel, and Zeno/Serko Expenses would be an advantage.
- A real team player with the ability to also work independently.
- A desire to work with a global brand and grow within a corporate organization.
