**Job Description** We are looking for a customer service professional, whom is naturally confident in approaching people and initiating conversation supported by strong knowledge of the surrounding area including the hotel.**

As our next Part-Time Duty Manager, you will:

- ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience
- maintain a positive outlook when dealing with challenging situations
- lead and mentor the team around you
- ensure the safety and security of guests and staff
- be the right-hand person to the Front Office Manager
- work with a close-knit team

The applicant we are seeking to join our team:

- has previous experience in a front facing customer service role
- is a reliable, levelheaded team player who is always questioning the status-quo
- has the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
- well-developed problem solving and analytical skills
- knowledge of Opera PMS is considered advantageous
- holds or able to obtain a current WA RSA and Approved Manager’s certification
