The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Supervise and lead front-of-house operations during service hours
• Provide guidance and support to team members to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Monitor compliance with RSA and venue policies
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Manage end-of-day procedures and ensure smooth shift transitions

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality (essential)
• Availability to work weekends and evenings
• Current RSA certification
• Valid Police Clearance (mandatory)
• Two professional references required
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
