Bright Buttons Little Meadows opened its doors 6 years ago in Burpengary. During this short period of time, the Service has established itself as a well respected, and quality educational facility. It is family owned and operated, by a family with more than 20 years of experience in the industry.

We are a five room, boutique Service which was purpose-built to cater for children from 6 months through to school age. The facilities are modern, unique and functional in design and exude a natural and earthy ambience.

**Early childhood educator** - 3 to 5 days a week part-time permanent / casual positions available.

The successful applicants will have diploma qualifications or higher, be a team player, a thorough knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and be able to demonstrate effective implementation of intentional teaching strategies during educator led and child initiated activities. Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, skills in team building and school readiness requirements will be an advantage.

Successful applicant must have:

- proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with families and children;
- strong work ethics and work well as part of a team
- soild understanding of Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
- current blue card and current First Aid / CPR / Asthma / Anaphylaxis qualifications.
