**About the role**
As the Technical Test Lead, you will design and implement innovative technical solutions that help deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will work closely with test engineers, software developers, and analysts using DevOps principles to build CI pipelines and enhance our software delivery processes and increase automation.

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience leading technical improvement initiatives to increase automation and improve efficiency and quality
- Experience developing and implementing improvement roadmaps
- Demonstrated experience working in a continuous delivery environment with high levels of process automation
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and Agile development methodologies
- Extensive experience with API automation and service virtualisation
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks used for web based and mobile apps using Selenium Webdriver and Appium
- Extensive experience working with Jenkins or similar
- Knowledge of performance testing tools and concepts
