**_Wellbeing Centre Concierge - Ongoing, Part-Time Role_**

This position makes a tangible difference to Peter Mac’s patients, carers, and family members every single day. It is the face of our wellbeing centre, helping people feel welcome and connecting them with our services. If you like talking with people and can naturally get along with others, we want to hear from you

The Peter Mac Patient Experience and Wellbeing Department leads a range of high-impact work in three streams: patient and carer experience, community engagement, and wellbeing. Sitting within the wellbeing stream, this position is an important part of our wellbeing centre team. The purpose of the position is to interact with wellbeing centre users, maintain the centre, and assist with administration of our wellbeing programs.

A typical day will involve greeting people as they enter the centre, speaking with them, introducing our wellbeing programs, and providing assistance. The position will also help open and close the centre, keeping it tidy and stocked with wellbeing resources. This position is well supported by our Wellbeing Centre Coordinator.
