Finance Transformation Lead

**About the role**:
This is a rare opportunity to play an integral role in the delivery of a genuine transformation program. You will lead the Finance stream of a system implementation that is well advanced in its journey to introduce market leading core business platforms including a new cloud-based ERP, a new Reporting & Analytics suite, new Application Integration platform, new Point of Sale solution, Scanning technology and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Document current state processes, gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement and develop a future state plan for the Finance and Financial Planning processes;
- Conduct system and process testing;
- Review solution design, providing quality assurance and ensuring the design will meet requirements;
- Work with the change management team to embed new technology and processes.
- Lead and coach Finance peers within the Project;
- Be an example of best practice; lead and coach stakeholders throughout the business on best practice;
- Collaborate across all levels of the organisation to initiate and maintain effective engagement with the program;
- Ensure delivered systems meet business requirements, align to agreed processes and achieve a suitable level of quality and stability;
- Expertly facilitate consultation with relevant stakeholders throughout the business.

***Skills, Experience and Attributes**:

- At least 7 years’ experience in delivering process or technology change initiatives;
- At least 7 years’ experience in performing a Business Analyst or senior Financial operational role;
- Experience in delivering ERP or similar large enterprise software platform implementations;
- CA or CPA qualified;
- Proven understanding of finance best practice including but not limited to cost accounting in a medium to large sized organisation;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of an organisation;
- Demonstrate strong ownership, have exemplary quality standards and a keen interest in navigating problems to find solutions and drive continuous improvement;
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills;
- You may come from a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or senior operational background and are looking for your next exciting challenge.
