**About the role**

Our Patient Services team is responsible for liaising with medical specialists, GPs, patients and members of the general public; assisting with everything from general enquiries to the co-ordination of bookings over the telephone.

In the role of Patient Services Officer you will be the first point of contact for people choosing our company and therefore can make or break our reputation hence a welcoming, professional and accurate approach is key.
- An understanding that all communication is via the telephone with no face to face customer interaction

- Polite phone manner
- The ability to multi task and adapt quickly to different situations
- High degree of computer literacy
- Keen attention to detail
- A warm approach with the ability to converse with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds

**This is a Full Time position - 75 Hours per fortnight**
- Due to the nature of the position, flexibility is key as shift start and finish times will be variable and include weekend shifts. There is an expectation of this role to work hours across the full week as per the department roster._

Please note that our Patient Services office is located in the suburb of Innaloo.
