**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Site Cleaning Supervisor to join our dynamic team based at one of our premier University location based in Caulfield, VIC.

The Cleaning Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the nightly cleaning activities of the dedicated on site team.

**Responsibilities**:
Ability to work Monday to Friday - 2.30am-7am
Oversee and train cleaning staff.
Schedule cleaning staff and assign tasks.
Ensure that all areas are cleaned to company standards.
Ensure that cleaning equipment is maintained and in good working condition.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Handle and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are being achieved.

**Requirements**:
WWCC and current police clearance.
Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor managing large teams 20 +.
A background in the commercial cleaning services or facilities management area (essential).
Experience with cleaning standards and processes across a variety of industries including universities, schools, manufacturing, commercial etc. (desirable).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
Remuneration is Part Time Level 3 + 30% Shift Allowance + LH allowance.
