Due to continued growth,** Ray White | Western Australia** are seeking a vibrant and highly organised **Group** **Executive Assistant** to be the administrative backbone to the State CEO and State Administrator in our Corporate Office.

Previous experience in real estate or as an Executive Assistant is highly desired, however we're open to all administrative backgrounds. So, if you have transferable skills and a willingness to learn, we would love to hear from you.

**The Role**
- Providing administrative assistance and services to State CEO & State Administrator;
- Diary and travel management;
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients;
- Preparation of contracts and auction packs;
- Reception/phone administration assistance when necessary;
- Coordinating event management
- Coordinating the development, implementation and management of compliance framework;
- Coordinate internal audits of documentation and agreements;
- Drafting correspondence as directed whilst ensuring all contact with internal and external clients is managed professionally;
- Upholding strict regulatory and professional standards;
- General office tasks; and
- General adhoc duties as requested.

You must be well presented with energy to bring to the team, have a good phone manner and be willing to use your initiative where appropriate. Going above and beyond with customer service is a must. We are a service industry and believe customer service and strong communication to be our number one priority.

**To succeed in this role, you will have..**
- Previous experience in an EA / PA or Sales Admin capacity is highly desired;
- An exceptional customer service ethos;
- High level personal presentation;
- Strong communication skills;
- Professional phone manner;
- Be process driven with a strong attention to detail;
- A focused, driven and motivated personality;
- Possess a strong work ethic and positive outlook;
- High level problem solving skills;
- Data entry experience;
- Highly technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies;
- Strong computer skill set;
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks;
- A team player;
- Possess exceptional follow up;
- Punctual;
- Forward thinking; and
- A real estate Certificate of Registration is advantageous, however not essential;
