Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of managed labour, labour hire, staffing and training services. Our client is a leading international food and supply chain located in Heathwood. We are currently seeking reliable KNIFE HANDS to join the team.

**Your core responsibilities will include**:

- Using a knife trim fat off meat and or portioning the meat from the bone
- Working in food production environment handling raw meat products
- Manual handling
- Ensuring quality of all products
- General cleaning

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous Knife hand experience - trimming / boning / cutting
- Willing to work within a cold room environment - 7 degrees
- Willing to work with raw meat products
- Must have excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to work within a team-based environment
- Availability to work 11 hour shifts (days) across 7 days of the week
- Australian working rights
