About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to kickstart their culinary career as an Apprentice Chef in a supportive, professional kitchen. While commercial kitchen experience is a bonus, enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key. As part of this full-time apprenticeship, you will train in:

- Basic culinary and knife skills.

- Knowledge of ingredients, with a focus on Levantine flavours.

- Use of commercial equipment and kitchen procedures.

Your Main Duties

- Assisting the chef in meal preparation and cooking.

- Learning kitchen procedures and duties under supervision.

- Serving food when required.

- Maintaining kitchen cleaning and sanitation standards.

- Assisting in other areas of food preparation and storage.
