**The Role**
- Design and implement improved processes and insights to guide community activity programs
- Completion of monthly reporting as well as analysis of community activity
- Collate and prepare weekly community involvement reports from stores
- Develop and maintain relationships with state activity coordinators to enable improved execution of the community strategy
- Provide timely and accurate information to enable up-to-date reporting from stores and follow-up
- Influence community involvement budget process and recording for transparency

**Skills & Experience**
- Highly developed administrative and organisational skills
- Good communication skills - interpersonal, written and presentation
- Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office suite programs
