We fundamentally changed the fertility landscape by making high quality fertility services including IVF available with almost all costs covered by Medicare, saving patients thousands of dollars compared to other fertility clinics.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Patient Liaison Team Leader to manage our newly created Patient Liaison team in our Surry Hills clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support, guidance and training to Patient Liaison team.
- Ensure the Patient Liaison team offers excellent customer services.
- Optimise management of bookings and patient flow for General Practitioners and Fertility Specialists.
- Ensure all new patients incoming phone calls and web enquiries are attended within a set timeframe.
- Proactively engage all potential patients and convert incoming calls to doctor’s appointments.
- Provide information to potential and new patients about reproductive health, Adora’s services and treatments options depending on their situation, Adora’s process, financing options and costs.
- Manage online appointment requests or bookings for maximum efficiency.

**About you**

To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:

- Experience in Health Administration and/or Sales
- Strong Customer Service focus
- Experience in people management (desirable)
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in handling phone calls with a professional and courteous demeanour
- High level of Empathy and Integrity
- A patient-centred warm and caring approach
- Strong computer skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
