**About the Role**

Join our dynamic team as a Manager, Line 1 Risk, Supplier Risk. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage risks associated with our Group's suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and enhancing our control environment. You will perform supplier risk assessments, provide insightful reporting to Divisional Risk Committees, and work closely with Line 1 Risk Advisory teams and Service Provider Governance. Your innovative risk management solutions will align with our strategic direction and growth objectives, strengthening our organisation's risk position.
**About you**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in risk management. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field is required, with professional certification (e.g., CRISC, CISM) will be ideal.

Experience in risk management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry or Supplier Risk Management, is essential. Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management processes and performing supplier risk assessments is crucial. Strong logical reasoning skills, exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, and the capability to articulate messages clearly and effectively are necessary. The ability to perform reviews of critical processes, determine root causes, identify control gaps, and propose simplification opportunities is important.
