Opportunity to work in a close-knit team delivering culturally sensitive programs primarily to school groups.
- Ongoing, part-time (15.2 hours per week. Ideally working between Monday and Wednesday)
- Position is based on the land of the Bunurong people at Cranbourne Gardens.

What You'll Do
The Aboriginal Learning Facilitator works in a team of other Aboriginal and non-Indigenous Learning Facilitators. This position is responsible for developing and facilitating cultural and non-cultural learning programs to school groups focusing on high quality learning outcomes.
In addition the position will contribute to the development and review of First Peoples focused programs and First Peoples representation and cultural safety throughout learning programs. It will also contribute to community and educational initiatives, partnerships and outreach within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. The Learning and Participation team is an incredibly supportive and collaborative team where great consideration has been given to the onboarding, mentoring and development of the employees.
What You'll Bring
In this position you will bring your knowledge of local and nationwide Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and your ability to deliver high-quality programs to a diverse audience. Working with school groups, youth and/or a range of people would be a fantastic addition to your skillset.
In addition to your great communication and presentation skills you will work well with a team, have good time management and organisational skills as well as a positive attitude.
