We are looking for an experienced senior digital marketer to join the team as the Head of Retention. Your focus will be to grow recurring revenue and create a loyal base of repeat customers.

What will you actually be doing:

- Grow monthly recurring revenue through CX improvements, and owned, earned, and paid media efforts
- Responsible for end-to-end cx from the moment of purchase throughout customer lifecycle
- Implement tactics to improve customer lifetime value such as increasing average order value, increasing GP, expanding lifespan/number of orders, and reducing churn
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Growth & Acquisition to ensure pipeline of new customers is being filled to then convert to repeat customers
- Be the internal champion for customers, ensuring the business maintains a customer-first philosophy

Our client are based in Byron Bay but they offer flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to work from home.
