**As the Practice Manager, you will**:

- Lead and manage the daily operations of the practice.
- Support and develop your front office and clinical support team.
- Ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
- Implement and oversee efficient administrative processes.
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of dental care.
- Drive practice growth through innovative strategies and exceptional service.

**What We're Seeking in the New Practice Manager**:

- Previous experience in dental with management responsibility.
- Experience in the professional day-to-day running of a practice including organising staff rostering.
- Strong understanding of Budgets and KPIs with a proven track record of driving business growth and maximising profitability.
- Ability to help deliver local area marketing initiatives that will help drive new patient numbers and practice growth.
- Polished people management skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams to push & enhance staff productivity and performance.
- Proven business capabilities in all front office and clinician support roles that form part of running a successful practice.
- An ability to see process improvements and implement strategies and protocols to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
- Dental Software Experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- High attention to detail.
