**Operations Manager - Hauz Management (Gold Coast)**

**Starting package: $1,000 per week**
($600 management ~20h/week + $400 cleaning ~10h/week)

**About Us**
Hauz Management is a **fast-growing short-term rental and Airbnb management company on the Gold Coast**. We deliver 5-star guest experiences and high returns for property owners - and we’re looking for a hands-on **Operations Manager** to join our team.

**The Role**
This is a hybrid starting position combining management and operations. You’ll be supervising cleaners, maintaining stock and storage, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring properties are guest-ready. At the beginning, you’ll also clean a small number of properties yourself. As Hauz grows, your role will shift fully into management with higher pay and responsibilities.

**What You’ll Do**
- Supervise, hire, and manage cleaners
- Step in for approx. 5 cleans/week if staff unavailable
- Oversee property supplies & company storage
- Inspect properties to maintain 5-star standards
- Report & coordinate maintenance with contractors
- Support excellent guest & owner experience

**What You’ll Need**
- Experience in hospitality, property management, or operations
- Strong organisational & leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
- A car and valid driver’s licence (essential)
- **Fluency in English plus one or more of these languages is highly desirable: Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, or French**
