**Our Family**: - We are a human family of four, and an animal family of 4 dogs, 4 horses, 20 chickens and 6 ducks.'' The kids are 12 (boy) and 14 (girl) who attend The Hills Grammar School. **Your Duties**: - The Opportunity: Executive Farm and Family Manager to oversee management of the home, including childcare for two children aged 12 and 14, and managing basic animal duties for a small hobby farm. Key responsibilities include picking the children up from school, coordinating household schedules, overseeing maintenance services, grocery shopping, meal planning, taking children to and from activities, staying on top of school-related events, handling basic tasks for our hobby farm, and caring for pets. Excellent communication and multitasking skills are essential. Working hours: 5 days a week - 12noon to 7pm. Occasional late nights when needed. Key Responsibilities: - Driving: Pick up from school and take to and from after-school activities. - Household Operations: Oversee maintenance and gardening services for the home and hobby farm. Manage grocery shopping, meal planning, and preparation. Organise household spaces and keep the house tidy, organised and clutter-free. - Communication - Serve as a liaison for household-related matters and children's schedules. Stay informed about school activities, events, and deadlines. - Childcare - Provide supervision and support for children's daily routines. Ensure the safety and well-being of the children. Assist children with homework/projects when needed. - Animal Care: Feed and care for animals - chickens, ducks, dogs and horses. Requirements: - Previous experience working with children. - Valid driver's license - Full License - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Non Smoker - First Aid - Current police check and WWCC (or willing to obtain one) **Our Perfect Caregiver**: - You will love animals (dogs, chickens, ducks and horses), and being a taxi driver for the kids to and from activities, school and shopping. Car, petrol and tolls provided. You will be able to multi-task and stay on top of all the school activities, shopping and light housekeeping to keep the household running smoothly.
