We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and work as a Recall Support Officer in the Recalls Section. Reporting to a Recall Coordinator, the position is responsible for providing administrative support in the assessment, management, and coordination of recall actions of unsafe and defective therapeutic goods from the market. This includes documenting complete, auditable evidence for each action, managing the group mailbox and drafting responses, managing the general enquiry phone line, assisting with the drafting of documents as part of the Recall Reforms work, assisting with business process improvements including drafting of new work instructions, monitoring and review of recall reporting and assisting with the close-out of these actions and undertaking ad-hoc and routine operational reporting matters.

Desirable qualifications:

- Certificate level qualifications, training or similar experience in the use of Microsoft Office, electronic databases and document management systems.

Desirable experience:

- High level and professional administrative, communication and interpersonal skills commensurate with the duties required of this position.
