Join the Digital Solutions team and play a lead role in enabling the University to drive the design and development of user-centric solutions and drive efficiency through digitalised business processes.

The Digital Solutions team supports the University in providing fit for purpose software solutions by collaborating with business analysts and technical personnel within the division and other stakeholders across the University to support the delivery of a project pipeline aligned to our strategic objectives.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Digital Solutions, as the Solutions Manager you will lead all aspects of team operations specific to design and delivery of new solutions, working in collaboration with the maintenance and production support team. You will coordinate the team and program of work relevant to project discovery, project coordination and the design and delivery of digitalised processes and solutions.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

- Postgraduate qualifications in Project Management, information systems or equivalent
- Proven experience in **leading** the design and development of a suite of digital solutions
- Demonstrated experience in providing** high-quality written** and **verbal analytical advice** and support to senior management and project teams
- A desire to **mentor** and **coach** your team to enable growth and ensure delivery
- Highly developed **organisational skills** and ability to **strategically prioritise** work
- An ability to **understand** and **translate** business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Demonstrated **influencing** and **negotiating** skills to ensure stakeholder buy in
