About the role
Fixed term temporary part time opportunity to enhance the capacity of local services to undertake new graduate and pre-entry practice education and training.
About you
- Demonstrated ability to independently coordinate, create and deliver practice education programs for pre-entry students and new graduate speech pathology staff to enhance the capacity, quality, consistency, and minimum standards of education.
- Demonstrated ability to work co-operatively and effectively in partnership with health and university teams including RBWH speech pathologists, clinical assistants, multidisciplinary teams, and higher education institution staff to provide best practice, evidence-based practice education.
- Initiate, plan, implement and evaluate learning and development programs and lead change through quality and service improvement activities with a practice education focus at local and HHS levels.
- Contribute to or participate in research related to practice education, clinical practice, or higher education.
