**About the Role**:
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and experienced **Male and Female Support Workers** to join our North Melbourne team on a **casual basis**. You will provide one-on-one and group support to NDIS participants in their homes and communities, helping them achieve their goals and live with dignity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and domestic assistance
- Support with community access, appointments, and social activities
- Implement behaviour support plans where applicable
- Monitor and report on client progress and wellbeing
- Promote independence and choice in all aspects of care

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 6 months experience in disability support or a related field
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (if applicable)
- COVID-19 Vaccination (as per current health regulations)
- Manual Handling Certificate (preferred)
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (highly desirable)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Screening Check (required)
- Current Criminal Record Check (required)
- Completed NDIS Workers Orientation Module (required)
- First Aid certificate and CPR (desirable) (preferred)

- Australia (required)

Work Location: On the road
