Are you passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities to live a fulfilling and independent life? Achieve Support Services is currently seeking a casual Disability Support Worker with NDIS requirements to join our team in Melbourne.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Providing person-centered care and support to clients with disabilities
- Assisting clients with daily tasks such as meal preparation, household chores, and personal hygiene
- Supporting clients to participate in community activities and social events
- Implementing individualized support plans and goals in line with NDIS requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client progress and activities

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
- Experience working in the disability sector and knowledge of the NDIS framework
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
