**About Chief**:
Chief Nutrition is a healthy snacking and supplement brand based in Alexandria, Sydney (warehouse is based in Roselands). We are one of the major Australian health food brands with around half of our revenue coming from online / ecommerce (~6,000 orders per month and growing fast), and the remainder from bricks and mortar retailers such as Woolworths, Ampol and 7-Eleven. We ship internationally and are just opening up a US based 3PL to service our US ecommerce customers.

**Summary of the role**:
The Supply and Inventory Planner supports our Supply and Distribution Manager in ensuring we stay in stock. The role is also responsible for proactively sourcing new suppliers to ensure we’re getting the best deal across ingredients, manufacturing and packaging.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Volume Forecasting which includes maintaining sales forecasting spreadsheet / dashboard.
- Data integrity which includes ensuring our inventory management system Unleashed is accurate and up to date at all times
- Stock takes in warehouse and via our manufacturers
- Inputting data about stock received, keeping a record of Batch/BBD
- SKU management, creating products/codes/BOM
- Barcode management inc GS1
- Reconcile Sales Orders in UL
- Sourcing new suppliers
- Managing Major Retailer orders including packing pallets
- Sales Operations including entering POs into our systems, sending to warehouse for fulfilment

**Key skills and experience**:

- Familiar with inventory management systems (IMS) such as Unleashed or Dear
- Some experience or exposure to warehouse environments
- Experience booking couriers and logistics. If you’ve managed sending products to major retailers like Woolworths that would be ideal
