We are building on our solid Planning department, and we have an exciting opportunity for a solution focused and outside the square thinker to join the team as our new Merchandise Planner.

**What will you be responsible for you ask?**
- Manage inventory by category within target weeks cover, own the stock on hand, reduce losses and manage stock flow
- Markdown strategy and product spend is planned and executed across each category in line with budget
- Own reporting to ensure the accurate position of margin, stock and inventory is represented
- Develop strong key stakeholder relationships and align goals
- Participate and lead cross-functional communication between in house and branded buying counterparts to ensure product assortment opportunities are capitalised

**Who are YOU **
- ** You** will be highly analytical with an acute attention to detail
- ** You** will have experience working in cross functional teams and the ability to get results leveraging these interdependencies
- ** You** will be results focused with proven strategies implemented to maximise performance and deliver results
- ** You** will have working knowledge of merch planning best practice in other retailers/businesses
- ** You** will have advanced excel skills
- Experience across multi-channel is advantageous
- ** You** must have full Australian working rights and be Sydney based
