Our team supports casualty, financial and property claims. The role involves claim file management with a primary focus on
**Casualty Claims.** Exposure to other classes of products may be possible. You will be expected to deliver high quality work, effectively and efficiently liaising with our clients to ensure top-class level of claims management is provided. You will have accountability for indemnity decisions within delegated authority limits. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills and an eager attitude to learning.

**This is a full-time role. Hybrid work from home options are available.**
Day to day you will be providing a high-quality service involving:
- Claims file and portfolio management;
- Working with underwriters on matters of policy interpretation and making coverage decisions;
- Investigating, assessing and reserving of claims;
- Compliance with General Insurance Code of Practice (GICOP) and insurer service standards;
- Negotiating the resolution of claims;
- Adopting a customer centric approach to all of our clients, insureds and brokers.
**About you**:
This role would suit those with the following experience and attributes:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in end-to-end insurance claims management across various lines of business. Casualty/liability experience essential. Financial Lines experience preferred;
- Demonstrated experience in effective internal and external stakeholder management;
- Demonstrated insurance claims knowledge;
- Negotiation skills and ability to handle objections;
- Effective time management skills;
- Excellent communication and rapport building skills both written and verbal;
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking & problem solving;
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude & positive approach;
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
