The company is at an exciting phase of transformation with the implementation of advanced planning software from excel-based planning, maturity, and our S&OP to IBP journey along with integrations of businesses within the wider EBOS Medical Technology company.

The Demand Planner is a key team member and the key to developing new supply chain planning software. Your responsibility during integrations and upcoming APS implementation is to ensure accurate demand forecasting, efficient inventory management and effective coordination with internal stakeholders to support a smooth transition and optimise business outcomes.

**Associated project responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and improve existing demand planning activities and processes to align with the new software's capabilities and integration requirements.
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and streamlining of workflows.
- Familiarize with the new APS and become proficient in its features and functionalities.
- Monitor demand planning performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the integration and software implementation.

**BAU Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute demand plans, using excel statistical formula, analysis of historical trends, collaborate and get inputs from Sales, Marketing and Finance team to adapt statistical forecasts and generate accurate forecast.
- Chair monthly S&OP meetings at divisional level.
- Work with cross functional team to develop integrated inventory strategies.
- Work with Marketing, Sales and Supply Planning team to generate LHC purchasing plan for main supplier.
- Integrate legacy businesses and implement demand planning and/or S&OP process.

**We believe that you will be great in the role if you have;**
- ERP System knowledge, SAP advantageous
- Knowledge of Business Analytics software packages (Qlikview, Calumo)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Demonstrates high levels of interpersonal and communication skills
- Commercially sound advice and consultation
- Demonstrates ability to self-manage and work independently as required Continuous Improvement Mindset and demonstrates ability to monitor, review and continuously improve processes and systems
- APICS or Tertiary Qualification
- Min 3 years experience in supply chain and Demand Planning ideally within FMCG or Medical Device industries
- Understanding of S&OP/ IBP Knowledge is beneficial.
