We design, manufacture, import and distribute product throughout Australia and New Zealand.

**The Role**

We seek an experienced Demand Planner who will generate a forecast in a high-volume manufacturing/ imported and finished goods environment. You will work closely with the sales, marketing and supply planning team to enable the business to maximise sales, fill rates and customer service levels relationships. Liaison with most stakeholders will occur remotely via Zoom, as they will be spread across Australia and New Zealand.

**Tasks typically include**:

- Analysing data regarding customer patterns and preferences
- Interpreting and predicting current and future customer trends
- Researching potential demand and market characteristics for new and existing products and categories
- Collecting and analysing data and other statistical information
- Advising Sales, Marketing and supply staff on elements such as product mix, pricing and promotions.

Working under a friendly and supportive leader, you will have the opportunity to organize flexible working arrangements.

**Essential Requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Marketing / Demand Planning
- Experience in using sophisticated Demand Planning Software and ERP systems
- Ability to work with S&OP processes
- Strong negotiating skills, attention to detail and communication skills

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime
