**About the Role**:
As a Demand Planner for our client, you will have the opportunity to showcase your passion for process improvement and supply chain systems development. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for forecasting and demand planning to ensure optimal inventory efficiency while maximizing sales.

**Skills You’ll Bring**:
To be considered for this role, you must have:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in demand planning, inventory planning, and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Proficiency with demand planning software systems and ERP systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously in a change management role
- A strong proficiency in Microsoft software - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Persistence and focus
- Proficiency with statistical and forecasting fundamentals
- An understanding of the financial impact of forecasting and related decisions
- Tertiary qualifications in supply chain processes are highly desirable.
